'Infected Nations'
2009
Review By Mick (the beard) Staley
After such a full throttle debut album ’Enter the Grave’, it has been a 2 year wait for the follow up, ‘Infected Nations’.
Was it worth the wait? You bet your metal balls it was!!!
‘Infected Nations’ starts where ‘Enter the Grave’ left off, with the opening and title track’ Infected Nation’, being full speed thrash.
Evile surprise you after that and alter the pace, putting their own stamp on things and showing a new found maturity.
The whole album has a more structured feel to it than ‘Enter the Grave’ and the last track, ‘Hundred Wrathful Deities’, is an absolute epic at around 10 mins long, constantly changing tempo and showing Evile’s true writing talent, a future classic.
Metalgods tv picked these guys out as future legends and ‘Infected Nations’ has just raised the bar to prove this point.
Evile will be quoted alongside, Slayer, Metallica and the like in future halls of fame and 'Infected Nation' proves that they are not just speed merchants, but talented all-rounders as well
